3. Full automatic feeding mode, rubber stoppers can be washed, siliconized, CIP, steam sterilized online, dried in hot air, vacuum dried and screw discharged automatically in the same tank and run continuously.
4. It adopts many compositive high new techniques such as ultrasonic cavitating wash, washing barrel rolling and agitating in low speed, both sides overflowing and filtering circularly of washing liquid. The washing effect is perfect.
5. The clear degree, value F0 and water content can meet the requirement of GMP and FDA rules.
6. The process piping enters into the tank from the top. The layout of pipes and valves is reasonable. There are no remainders for every medium.
7. Purified water and injection water enter the cleaner. They can switch automatically according to production process. It avoids the two waters mixing.
8. The control valves can be opened only the press of all the process mediums is up to the requirement. It assures that the equipment runs in gear.
