This series vertical counter-pressure rapid cooling sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium, discharges the air in the cavity by gravity replacement, and uses saturated steam under high pressure to kill all microorganisms under high pressure. The unique top-pressure water cooling system can achieve rapid cooling after sterilization.
The sterilizer is suitable for the sterilization of items such as liquid loads, culture media, tissue culture and waste which require high sterilization requirements.

► Using microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (heating, sterilization, exhaust, drying) of the whole process of automatic program operation.
► The touch screen automatically displays the operating process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters as well as fault alarm information.

► Back-pressure protection system: external compressed air is used in the cooling stage to ensure that the sterilized goods are effectively protected.

Safety Devices
► Over-temperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system will automatically cut off the power supply.
► Door safety interlock device: using electronic door lock, only when the door is closed in place, the sterilizer can start the working procedure, there is pressure in the inner room, or the power is not turned on, the electronic door lock locks the door opening handle, and the door can not be opened.
► Door temperature safety interlock device, when sterilizing liquid load, only when the liquid load temperature drops to a safe temperature (below the local boiling point -20 °C), the door can be opened, to avoid the risk of liquid explosion in accordance with the requirements of TSG 21-2016 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels and GB4793.4
► Anti-dry burning alarm device: when the water level is lower than the low water level, the heating power supply will be automatically cut off, and the alarm information will be displayed.
► Overpressure automatic pressure relief safety valve: when the set pressure is exceeded, the safety valve opens to release the pressure.
► Electronic circuit safety device: DC control loop with overvoltage and overload protection, AC main circuit with short circuit protector.
