The medium sterilization preparator is a small, fully automatic autoclave rapid sterilization equipment with pressure steam as the medium. The hot deionized water is continuously cooled by a heat exchanger. The total cycle time is 60 to 120 minutes and includes heating, sterilization and cooling, depending on the size of the vessel, the amount of medium and the temperature of the cooling water. The supporting pressure of sterile filtration prevents the medium from foaming or overflowing.
Safety Device
►Over-temperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system will automatically cut off the heating power supply, and the sound and light alarm will be given.
► Anti-dry burning protection device: When the heating pipe is dry boiled due to low water level, the system will automatically cut off the heating power supply, and sound and light alarm.
► Door safety interlock device: Only when the door is closed in place, the power supply can be turned on to heat and generate steam; There is pressure in the inner chamber and the door cannot be opened.
► Overpressure automatic pressure relief safety valve: when the opening pressure of the safety valve is exceeded, the safety valve is opened to relieve pressure.
► Thermal insulation door cover: The sterilization door is insulated with a door cover made of thermal insulation material, which is both aesthetically pleasing and can prevent the operator from burning.
