The hot deionized water is continuously cooled by a heat exchanger. The total cycle time is 60 to 120 minutes and includes heating, sterilization and cooling, depending on the size of the vessel, the amount of medium and the temperature of the cooling water. The supporting pressure of sterile filtration prevents the medium from foaming or overflowing.

 

►Over-temperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system will automatically cut off the heating power supply, and the sound and light alarm will be given.

► Anti-dry burning protection device: When the heating pipe is dry boiled due to low water level, the system will automatically cut off the heating power supply, and sound and light alarm.

► Door safety interlock device: Only when the door is closed in place, the power supply can be turned on to heat and generate steam; There is pressure in the inner chamber and the door cannot be opened.
