Product Introduction ■EOS blending gas is used for sterilizing medium, this series of sterilizer is mainly used to sterilize products unable to stand for heat and moisture such as medical macromolecule material, medical sanitation material, some Chinese and Western medicine. It has functions of auto control on EO entry, time, temperature and residue gas disposal. ■Sterilizing with EOS has advantages such as broad-spectrum sterilization, high penetrability(also penetrate through cloth, paper box and polyethylene film ), no harm to materials being sterilized, easy storage for the materials being sterilized etc.

Performance characteristic ■With an interlayer rectangular structure of the main body, under strict quality and safety standards. ■The airproof doors are slid and airproofed pneumatically with cog locking device. The silicon rubber door gasket is heat resistant and durable. ■Hexahedron heating technology is used in the chamber, offering an uniform temperature distribution in the chamber. ■Manual and PLC control manners are both available, they can be combined freely according to customer requirements, which is convenient and reliable. ■PC can be selected to monitor and control the system, and realize modern control and management. ■Water cycle vacuum pump discharges the residue EOS in the chamber forcibly. ■All the executive parts are imported from famous companies in the world, ensuring the advance of the sterilizer and operation without failure over long time. ■EOS blending gas is selected as sterilizing medium. ■Steam or electricity can be used for heating.
